This is the first time I have experienced the following, Juice Fast Headaches and feeling light headed , I think it was caused by my lack of proper eating during the holiday and most of January, I was off track not doing well, and going right to 100% juice was a shock to my system, other times when I have juiced I have already been on a 100 whole fruit and veggie diet losing wight and have used the juice fast as more of a change or a jump start to higher weight loss.
Monday I felt light headed and not well at all by early evening I did eat some whole food and felt much better so I am going to adjust and go gradually into this 10 day juice fast..so even though this is day 2 of my juicing I did not complete all of day one,,, this might take a lot more than 10 days to complete but i know i need it and its worth it .. just want to be honest with all of you and I can now say I have felt the real detox effect of juicing something I had not felt before… – Bill
